Navman F45 Widescreen Satellite Navigation System
This Sat Nav is created by a brand called Navman. It seems there is quite a Sat Nav oligopoly and only Garmin and TomTom are ever heard about. Despite this, Navman is a good brand and has shifted many units over many years and can be trusted. Here we are looking at the F45 system, which is their most basic and best selling system.
The F45 works well and looks a little more professional than some of the TOMTOM units, yet comes at a significantly cheaper price. With this unit however, we believe that you get what you pay for. Normally costing around 70 pounds, this unit is not as effective as some of the others on the market. Having said this if you are not looking to use it very often then this could be a good option for you.
Another issue that we found was that the battery life was quite underwhelming. If you are planning to take long trips then we wouldn’t reccommend this Sat Nav.
Despite all this negativity, the F45 fundamentally remains a decent Sat Nav and will take you where you need to go most of the time.
